SHIPPING POLICY

As most items sold on cottage by me are handmade please allow 2 weeks for the
item to be dispatched. If the item you have ordered is for a special occasion
please email me directly as soon as possible and I will try my best to
accommodate –

Once items are dispatched they are posted using a tracked for courier service. 3
attempts will be made to deliver your item. If by the 3 rd attempt the courier
company cannot deliver your item the parcel will be returned to the local depot
where a admin charge will be applied before the item can be resent out to you.

This charge will be payable by the customer.

We currently only deliver within the UK. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver
any of our products at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party
by reason of our withdrawing any product from delivery.


Occasionally we re-use packaging which helps the environment but also helps
with my small business over head costs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We really hope you love your items from cottage by me as this is so important to
us but if for any reason you are unsure with the items you have received we are
here to help. Please contact us directly via email within 7 days of receiving your
item –

Requests made after 7 days will not be processed.


We will be happy to offer a refund or exchange for the purchase price excluding
the original delivery cost. All items must be returned in perfect original condition
with original packaging. You are required to return the item to us and pay for the
postage. Once the item has been returned and received the refund will be
processed.


Please ensure your returned item includes your name and address when
returning to us.
